For EU Residents: Under the GDPR, HC will maintain your customer records for a period of 5 years after you have ended your client relationship with us, as required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. After the legally mandated retention period expires, your personal information will be deleted from HC’s files and network.
For California & US State Residents: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data, subject to SEC recordkeeping exemptions.
